Arturo Blanco has a double Masters in Corporate Law and Tax Law, and over 25 years of experience as a lawyer and public notary in Costa Rica. In his work, he has received recognition from the State Department of the United States of America and is part of the list of lawyers from the American Embassy in Costa Rica. As a real estate attorney, he has worked closely with insurance companies such as LATIN AMERICAN TITLE, representative of Costa Rica for STEWART TITLE and CHICAGO TITLE.
